PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a hearing at 6:00 P.M. on October 4th, 2023, at Saluda Town Hall on the following appeal:

Appeal No. 2023-04V by NEIGHBORS UNITED FEDERAL CREDIT UNION to build a Credit Union Location 1,895 Sq Ft, requesting variances on Parking, Fence, and sign requirements on Tax Map # 079-13-02-006, on South Main Street zoned Town Center.

Sec. 4.2. - Town Center District (TC).
