Code Consulting and Inspection Services (CC&I)
To obtain a permit, first make sure that your project is approved through the Town of Saluda’s Zoning Department and that your business license is up to date. Once this is complete, visit the CC&I Services website.

Select the Department of Building Safety tab at the top right.

Under the appropriate jurisdiction click View Permits and Forms.

Once there, select the needed permit application.
